Y’all. Soup, in my opinion, is the ultimate comfort food. With temperatures hitting low 20 degrees at night, literally all I want to eat right now is soups/stews/chilis. I want to heat my lil home up with a big pot of something bubbly, something nourishing, and something full of flavor. Then I want to cozy up on the couch and let it warm my insides right up. Go ahead, tell me soup can be enjoyed year-round. That may be true. But right now. This is soup’s season. If you are also on Team Soup, you are in the right place.
